I am a trained Beauty & Massage Therapist and when I found out I was pregnant with my first baby (now 12 years old!) I decided that if massage was good for adults, then it must be good for babies! I went on a course for my own benefit to hopefully help my new baby when it arrived. Unfortunately like lots of babies, he had colic from 6pm while 10pm most evenings, massage really helped. When he was 18months old I attended the IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) intensive training course to enable me to pass on to new parents the many benefits that baby massage can give. I have been teaching it now for the last 10 years, apart from having a short break after my second son was born (10 years ago).

I enjoy teaching as the classes are so varied from group to group - even week to week - we never know what will happen - the classes have to be adapted to what the babies need!

I have recently become a consultant for Arbonne Skin Care - this arrived in the UK October/November 2007. I specifically chose this range as it is botanically based and has ranges for Younger skin, Anti-ageing skin, Sun protection, a Mens Range and also an excellent range for Babies and people with sensitive skin. Please call me for more information.

January 2009 - I attended a NO HANDS Massage - Back to Basics course -  In June 2009 I attended another course enabling me to give a Full Body No Hands treatment.

NO HANDS is deep, releasing, rejuvenating and nourishing. It is massage that works on every level. Instead of using our hands, we use the soft surfaces of our forearms, making the treatment deeper and more relaxing than a conventional massage. Go to www.nohandsmassage.com to find out more.
